Self Refer

You can leave your details confidentially by email, phone or via our website to refer yourself to our services. We currently don’t have a waiting list and are open to self referrals.

Health Professional

Your feelings

Your health professional such as your GP, Health Worker, CPN or other health professional can contact us with your permission.

Teacher

Your Feelings

Teachers and Student Welfare Office staff at schools, colleges and universities are welcome to refer you to us.

Other Organisations

There may be other organisations that you are involved with, and we are able to receive referrals from most organisations, or you can contact us directly.
